Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Factors such as weather, carrier delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control may result in longer delivery times.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active in the carrier's system.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, Sector Commerce LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors or other members of your household
  • Look for a delivery notice or check around your property
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If you believe your package is lost or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. Replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.


P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We may be able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses depending on carrier availability. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
